  • Train, taxi and Air fares
  • At cost based on economy and standard class tickets
  • Travel time @ £60 per hour plus VAT
  • Subsistence @ £125 per day plus VAT
• Car Travel:
  • Car Travel based on 45 pence/mile plus £60 per hour travel time plus VAT.
  • Subsistence @ £125 per day plus VAT
• Hourly Rates:
  • Face to face meetings, Reviews, Site Inspections and Technical Reports
    • Out of office and site rate:  £175 per hour plus VAT
    • Office hourly rate:  £150 per hour plus VAT
  • Expert Witness Reports:
    • Fixed quoted fee available, otherwise above hourly rates apply.Terms of Payment:
    • Expenses, inspection, attendance and other fees:  invoiced on completion.
    • Technical & Expert Witness Reports:  invoiced on submission of final draft.
